OUR THINKING ON THIS ONE

We wanted to build a series of fabrics that give designers the ability to create garments that either optimize moisture management or thermal protection depending on how the garment is worn.

WHAT WE HAVE DON

We have engineered a collection of fabrics that place Merino Wool and technical polyester on each side of the textile, with the specific intent of creating reversible garments. Polyester against the skin helps wick moisture away from the body to the outer merino side which spreads the moisture before evaporation, this is a perfect summer solution. The wool against the skin is suited to a spring/autumn climate, the wool uses its thermal regulation properties to create heat through the sorption process.
